I’m a writer with a long-running obsession with film — the kind that spills over into reviews, essays, scripts, and the occasional short story that has nothing to do with movies at all, except that it probably does.

This site is where the longer pieces live: the ones that need more room than a quick post, whether that's a close reading of a film, a script in progress, or something else entirely.

The site is intentionally plain. The writing should be the most visually important thing on every page.
